A 256 byte serial EEPROM on board can be used to store module information such as timing, configuration, density, etc. This memory module is 512MByte and organized as 64Mx64 array using (16) 32Mx8 DDR SDRAMs in TSSOP II packages. All memory modules are fabricated using the latest technology design, six-layer printed circuit board substrate construction with low ESR decoupling capacitors on-board for high reliability and low noise.
